2. Personal data processed
Through this site we process:
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time — collected automatically by the systems and logs of the hosting provider for the operation and security of the site.
- Data collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy, activated only with your prior consent (except technical ones).
- Data you voluntarily provide, for example when you write to us by e-mail: e-mail address and message content.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Delivery and security of the site — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Usage statistics in aggregate form (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager) — legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Responding to requests received by e-mail — legal basis: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in replying (art. 6.1.b/f GDPR).
We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects on the data subject.
4. Third-party services
The site uses Google Tag Manager and, within it, analytics tools by Google (Google Ireland Ltd.), activated only after your consent and under Consent Mode. Booklets are purchased on okTicket (the group's ticketing platform) on external domains with their own policies. Site hosting is provided by Netlify, which processes data as a data processor on our behalf.
5. Retention period
Browsing data and logs are kept for the time strictly necessary for technical and security purposes. Data collected through cookies follow the durations indicated in the Cookie Policy. E-mails are kept for the time necessary to handle the request and comply with legal obligations.

The use of Google tools may involve the transfer of data to third countries (e.g. United States) on the basis of the guarantees provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or EU-US Data Privacy Framework). For details see the Google privacy policy.
7. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights under arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise them, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
